The ACCR F4 organizers have decided to postpone the start of season. However, they have added at a Monza event to the race calendar
Due to the delivery problems at racing car manufacturer Tatuus, the ACCR Formula 4 has also had to postpone the start of the season. The opening race will not take place at the beginning of April at the Hungaroring, but will instead be held at the Red Bull Ring in early summer (June 3rd to 5th).
“Unfortunately, not enough next generation Tatuus cars could be delivered in time. That’s why we have to move the start back a bit,” says series boss Josef Krenek.
However, Krenek also had exciting news, because instead of the canceled race in Hungary, there will be an event at the legendary Autodromo Nazionale in Monza (28th to 30th) at the end of October.
“Of course we want to offer our teams and drivers a full championship, which is why we have pulled all strings to host the finale in Monza together with the Italian Formula X.”
Note: The “Trophy Class” for first generation Tatuus cars will start at the Hungaroring on April 8-10. For further details, please contact us at office@accr-f4.com
